Carly Fuchihara, CPT, TC

With a background in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology, Carly Fuchihara serves as the

Chief Executive Officer at obZest™. Her role as CEO includes the management of all aspects of

Research and Development, Marketing and Public Relations. She is also responsible for overseeing the

research and editing of the content of subLime™ and the obZest™ website.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Consultant and Secondary School Teacher, Carly has had extensive

experience in the development and application of wellness initiatives. Carly has an in depth understanding of

how the health and wellness industries operate through her comprehensive consulting experience on individual

and organizational levels.

Carly has been an elite National and International level athlete for most of her life. This pursuit of athletic

excellence has fostered a keen passion in the area of personal nutrition, and particularly how it contributes to the

recovery from exercise and stress. She is a voracious reader and researcher who does not tire in the search for

exciting, solid, groundbreaking science in the areas of preventative medicine and natural health sciences.

Carly is seldom found without a book in hand, but when you do you will find her participating in a number of interests

that include running, cooking, photography, pole-vaulting, and SCUBA diving or on a relaxing walk with her husband

and her dog.
