The E-Trainer is the exercise module of subLime™. We have created
this module to assist you with determining how much exercise and activity you
should get to reap the greatest benefits. As your personal profile changes, your
needs will also change.
The E-Trainer will help you plan your workouts regardless of what activity you
choose to engage in. It also comes with 8 resistance programs and program templates for
you to create your own strength and cardiovascular programs either on your own, if you are
experienced, or with the help of a gym instructor if you are not.
subLime™ has an exhaustive list of 260 activities, including such things as gardening, house
chores, and food shopping, in addition to the more traditional activities such as basketball, aerobics
and swimming. If the activity you do is not listed you can easily add it yourself. We have included an
activity Favorites section to eliminate the need to search all activities in order to log your exercise.
You can put the activities that you do most often in this section and then enter your daily time spent in
your Activity Log.
You can do analysis of energy expended or calories burned for an individual day or chosen date range. This
feature can be used to assist with weight loss and weight management. The amount of activity you engage in
is also calculated in your food intake requirements.
This module contains educational guidance and plenty of information for you to be able to construct a personal
plan to achieve whatever fitness or weight loss goals you want to strive for. You can find the encouragement here
to step out of your comfort zone and find a physical activity that suits you best even if you have never done it
before.
