The subLime™ Goal Setter is where you can set fitness and nutritional goals
or other personal goals, such as weight loss, that you may have. When you set a
goal date and target subLime™ will use that information to construct a time line
that you can follow in order to reach your goal by your specified date.
You can record your actual progress and it is displayed for you to see and your
progression rate is updated accordingly. This means if you fall behind you still know just
how much you need to do each day to find success. If you get ahead of yourself you will
instantly know how much remains for you to achieve each day to attain your goal. You can also
reset the goal date as long as it has not passed.
Statistical information is also provided. Examples are: weekly weight loss, average nutrient intake and
average exercise energy expenditure required per week.
This is a particularly powerful tool for weight loss programs.
